As the presidential election petition court is set to deliver judgement on the petition filled by LP presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi against the declaration of president Tinubu, many Obidients are not too comfortable with the prayers of their principal.
Most of them had thought that Mr Obi's prayers were for the tribunal to declare him Winner of the February 25th election but below are the prayers of their candidate which got them furious.
*Obi's prayers to the court:
1) Election Cancellation:
Obi and his Party prayed the court to order the cancellation of the February 25 presidential election.
2) Fresh Election:
In addition to the cancellation of the election, Obi asked the court to compel INEC to conduct a fresh election.
3) Fresh election without Tinubu/Shettima:
Obi prayed the tribunal to make an order that will ensure Tinubu and his running mate, Shettima do not participate in the fresh election
Having Obidients seen these prayers, most of them have started having a rethink on their earlier expectations.
